There are a variety of options for year-round saltwater fishing in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Depending on the conditions and your preference, you will use bait, lures, and/or flies.

About Captain Bob Cosby
Captain Bob Cosby is a retired USCGR Captain, and has had a 50-ton Master's license since 1986. He is a Jacksonville native and has fished the local waters since he was a small child with his grandparents from bridges, piers, and in the surf.

In his free time he enjoys fly fishing the spring creeks of Montana, and for Atlantic salmon in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. He has owned several offshore boats and has caught marlin, sailfish, wahoo, tuna and large sharks. However, he enjoys inshore fishing the local saltwaters of Northeast Florida the most!
